Twinning
Over many years Twinning has played an important part in the history of towns and villages in Northamptonshire. There are official twin towns for most areas of the county as well as more informal arrangements.
Daventry
Twinned with Westerburg in the Westerwald region of Germany, east of the Rhine Valley. The town also has an informal link with Chauvigny in France and a partnership with Iganga in Uganda.
